Milled blanks made from polyether ether ketone (PEEK) are ideally suited to the production of metal-free, removable dental restorations. PEEK can be veneered with conventional veneering composites after adequate surface conditioning. Indications include telescopic restorations, secondary crowns, telescopic crowns, attachment restorations and screw-fixed, implant-supported supra constructions. Good gliding properties, so an ideal replacement for Galvanic electroplating. MMA and benzoyl peroxide free. High plaque resistance. X-ray opaque and sterilisable.
