    1. Identification information, including your title and name, login details, account number, gender, age/date of birth, country of residence, profession, professional membership number, and where relevant, associated company information

    3. Payment & Delivery information, including your payment and delivery details, such as billing and delivery addresses and payment date, where you make purchases from us.
    4. Purchase history, including details of your previous purchases from us, such as the products you have bought and when
    5. Communications information, including information about communications you have with us (such as your interactions with our customer service or our live chat function, your participation in surveys and your customer feedback, or adverse event reports you may submit to us).

We also receive your third party social network profile information (or parts of it) including statistics and analysis of your social network information every time you download or interact with one of our web applications on a third party social network such as Facebook, every time you use a social networking feature that is integrated within our website (such as Facebook Connect) or every time you interact with us through a third party social network (for example, you send us Facebook messages or you post on our Facebook page). C.   We collect, use and store your Identification Information, Contact Information, Purchase History, Loyalty scheme information and Communications Information to manage our relationship with you as our customer – for example, to send you service communications (such as order confirmation emails), and to handle requests relating to your purchases or your interest in purchasing goods and services from us. We have a legitimate interest in managing our business and providing an excellent level of service and support to our customers.
D.   If you use our Live Chat function, we will use your information (including your name and contact details) for dealing with your query, training and customer service purposes. We have a legitimate interest to handle your queries and provide you with requested information, to ensure high customer service quality and to train staff in responding to such requests.
E.   We record your calls with us for training and quality assurance purposes, and to effectively handle any complaints. We have a legitimate interest to record calls in order to train our staff members, for quality assurance and for complaint handling, or, where this is legally required by law, by gaining your consent.
F.   We will collect, analyse and store Payment and Delivery Information in order to track payment and delivery status and to provide our products and services. It is necessary for us to process your personal data in order to perform our contract with you.
G.   We will use your personal information for marketing purposes, to understand which of our products and services are most relevant to you and to deliver tailored advertising to you. You have the right to object to this use of your information: for email-based marketing, you can do that by clicking on the unsubscribe link in our marketing emails; you can also speak to your Sales representative or call our Customer Service team who will trigger an email that will enable you to Unsubscribe yourself. For cookie-based advertising, you can manage your cookie preferences through the “Manage cookie settings” link at the bottom of each page on our website (see also section 7 below).    We will collect and use Contact Information, Purchase History, Marketing information and -when you also agree to the use of marketing cookies- Device information to send you tailored direct marketing communications in relation to products and services provided by us and our affiliates, and to understand how you interact with those communications (for example, if you open our emails). We rely on your consent to send you promotional communications via email, or when consent is otherwise required by law (for example, when we collect information for marketing purposes through the use of cookies or similar tracking technologies).

In all other instances, and provided this is allowed by applicable law, we rely on our and our group companies’ legitimate interest to promote our products and services to our customers.
   We use personal data, such as Identification information, Purchase History, Marketing information or Device information, to create marketing profiles about our customers and understand their preferences in relation to our products and services (for example, we analyse how you interact with the content on our website and with our ads to understand which products would be most relevant to you and to show you relevant ads on our and on third-party websites). We rely on consent, to the extent this is required by law – for example, when we collect information for marketing purposes through cookies or similar tracking technologies.

We also have a legitimate interests to optimise our marketing activities and to promote products and services that are relevant to our customers.
   List-based matching: social media providers give us the option to find our customers on their platforms and show them our ads. We use this type of advertising when you consent to this via opting in to digital marketing. Please note that list-based matching may require that you have also given consent to your social media provider or that your social media provider can rely on another lawful basis. For example, with regard to the list-based matching process, we will provide Meta with your email address in an encrypted form (hashed); if you have a social media account with the same email address, we provide your personal data for the purpose of showing you our personalised advertisement on your social media platform timeline. In some cases, we ask these partners to show our ads only if we think this will be particularly relevant to you, based on information they hold on you such as demographics, your activity on the social media platform, or your interests. We will not, however, receive this demographic information about you. We currently use this matching activity with these partners: Facebook and Instagram. You can change your mind and withdraw your consent for this activity at any time

   Lookalike matching: we also use personal information of our customers to allow social media platforms to find individuals who have a similar profile to our customers and who we expect are interested to find out more about our products and services, so as to show our ads to them. For example, we provide Meta with hashed email addresses of our customers, which Meta would match with these customers’ social media profiles. Based on these profiles, Meta will look for other users who have a similar profile to our customer and would show them our ads. with these partners: Facebook and Instagram.

You can withdraw your consent at any time if you are our customer and have provided your personal data to us for this activity. To do so, please contact us via customerservice@kentexpress.co.uk.
We rely on the consent of our customers who provide their personal information to us.
H.   We use your personal data such as Device information when you interact with third party social networking features, such as like/share functions to serve you with advertisements and engage with you on third party social networks. You can learn more about how these features work, the profile data that we obtain about you, and find out how to opt out by reviewing the privacy notices of the relevant third-party social networks. Your consent – to the extent we obtain this information through the use of cookies or similar tracking technologies.

We also have a legitimate interest to promote our products and services and to effectively manage our relationship with you as our customer, where this is allowed by law.
I.   We and our group companies will use personal information, including e.g. Purchase history and Device information to compile statistics and conduct analysis about the use of our website and related services (e.g. product orders), and we will use such statistics to enable us to provide a better service, features and functionality to you and other website users, develop our business and inform our business and marketing strategy. Besides this, we also have a legitimate interest in operating our website and improving our operations and products and services.
J.   We will collect, use and store your Identification information, Contact Information and Communications information to invite you to take part in and manage customer surveys, reviews and other market research activities carried out by us and by other organisations on our behalf. Your consent to the extent this is required by law.

Otherwise, we rely on our legitimate interest to effectively manage our business, review and improve the performance of our services and inform our business strategy.
K.   We will use your personal data such as Identification information, Purchase history, Payment & Delivery Information and Device information for troubleshooting purposes, to protect the security of our website including our users’ accounts, information systems and assets, to monitor compliance with our Terms & Conditions, to prevent fraud and other prohibited or illegal activities in relation to our products and our website in accordance with applicable law. We have a legitimate interest to ensure our website functions properly and is used in accordance with our Terms & Conditions, and to protect our business assets against fraud and illegal activities or security threats.
L.   We will use your personal data to handle complaints, to protect our legal rights and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims relating to our website and/or our products and services. We have a legitimate interest in protecting our legal rights and business interests.
M.   We will use your personal data to the extent this is necessary to meet our regulatory obligations or in the context of a regulatory inquiry. It is necessary to process personal data in this manner, in order to meet our legal and regulatory obligations – for example if you submit an adverse event report or in relation to product recalls..

We also have a legitimate interest in meeting our regulatory requirements and handling our interactions with regulatory authorities in an effective manner.
N.   We will process your personal data to the extent required to respond to legitimate requests for disclosure of information made by public authorities, law enforcement or governmental bodies or under a court order. In some cases, we are obliged by law to process such requests.

We also have a legitimate interest to assist legitimate investigations carried out by official authorities, where the information we hold is reasonably necessary for the detection and prevention of illegal activities.
O.   We will use your Identification Information, Payment and Delivery Information and Purchase history for accounting, tax and audit purposes including to complete our financial reporting, disclosure and record-keeping obligations to our parent company, tax agencies and regulators. We have a legal obligation under local laws to do so.

We have a legitimate interest in complying with our legal obligations in the other countries we operate in.

There are instances where we have a legitimate interest to use your data. Our legitimate interest will vary depending on what we are using your data for, and we explain above what the interest is and how it relates to the processing operations that we are carrying out. Henry Schein Group companies All categories of personal data – to the extent necessary We share data with our group companies in order to operate, improve, and develop our offering across our group. More specifically:
a) we exchange data at company group level for analytics purposes, in order to analyse the business performance of our group, where there are shared services with our group companies, e.g financial and customer service teams and to inform and improve our business strategy; and
b) we share personal data with our group company which provides the technical infrastructure and platform for the operation of our website. We also share information with our parent company, Henry Schein Inc., and we co-decide our business strategy and how personal information is processed in this context.

When we share information with our group companies as we describe above, we act as joint controllers for this data sharing and for the common use of personal data for analytics, for the administration of our website or the management of our customer relationships. In the context of our marketing activities, we share personal information with social media networks, such as Meta, and advertisers, to present our ads to you on other platforms and to allow those parties to show you tailored advertising. For example, we may share with Facebook (Meta Platforms) actions that you take on our website such as your visits to our websiteand information collected from cookies or similar technologies including the Facebook pixel. This allows us to measure the effectiveness of our advertising, improve our marketing practices, and helps us deliver more relevant advertising to you (including on social media such as Facebook): for this activity, we are a Joint Controller with Meta Platforms Inc. This means that we have to provide you with this notice, but you should contact Meta Platforms if you wish to exercise your data protection rights.
